Do I need to worry about exchange rates?

Escape has removed the headache for customers worried about exchange rate fluctuations.

Since 2019, we have aligned our payment policies with our customers’ preferences and invoice clients in their local currency. U.S. customers are quoted and pay in USD, and Canadian customers are quoted and pay in CAD.

For CAD payments where an exchange rate is applicable, we use the two-week average Bank of Canada exchange rate to ensure consistency and fairness.
