# How do I get help with my Escape Trailer?

1. **Go to the Escape Trailer website.**
   
     - Open the main website and select the Owner’s tab.
2. **Open the Support Hub.**
   
     - Select Support Hub.
     - This is the main place to find help with your trailer.
     - You’ll find information and videos about topics such as:
       
           - Trailer orientation
           - Winterizing
           - Power
           - Electrical systems
           - Other common questions
3. **Browse the common questions.**
   
     - Look through the list of frequently asked questions.
     - Many of the questions have clickable links that take you directly to helpful information or videos.
4. **Search for a specific problem if you don't see it listed.**
   
     - Use the Support Hub's search feature.
     - Type a question describing what you need help with.
     - For example, search for “How do I open my manual awning?”
5. **Watch the instructional video.**
   
     - Select the relevant search result.
     - Open and play the video for step-by-step instructions on the issue you're having.
6. **Review your warranty information.**
   
     - Use the warranty section to learn what your coverage includes.
     - Every Escape Trailer comes with a limited two-year warranty.
     - Review:
       
           - Owner responsibilities
           - What the limited warranty covers
           - Warranty disclaimers and exclusions
     - If you purchased the Platinum Guard warranty, you can also find information about that coverage there.
7. **Contact After Sales Support if you still need help.**
   
     - Go to the Contact Us / After Sales Support section.
     - Enter:
       
           - Your name
           - Your trailer's year
           - Information about the problem you're experiencing
8. **Add photos or other files when helpful.**
   
     - Use the file-upload option to attach pictures or other relevant files.
     - Photos can help the support team understand exactly what is happening with your trailer.
9. **Submit your support request.**
   
     - The After Sales team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
     - They try to triage requests and prioritize the most urgent issues.
10. **Take advantage of the Escape Trailer community.**
    
      - Owning an Escape Trailer also gives you access to a broader community of owners.
      - You can participate in Escape Trailer rallies, where owners get together, share experiences, and show their trailers to prospective owners.
11. **Visit the Escape Trailer website for additional help.**
    
      - If you have other questions, visit Escape Trailer for more information and support.
