How do I operate my electric awning?

1. Turn the Awning System On

Locate the awning power switch just to the right when you walk in the door.

Turn the switch ON.

You will hear a beep, which means the system is powered and ready.
2. Extend (Open) the Awning
-
On the control panel, find the left side labeled “Awning.”

Press OUT to extend the awning.
-
If you want to stop it partway, press STOP.
-
Press IN anytime to retract the awning.
3. Turn the LED Awning Lights On or Off
-
On the right side of the control panel, use the LED controls.
-
Press ON to turn on the LED light strip.
-
Press OFF to turn the lights off.
-
Press CLOSE/OFF to retract the awning and turn off the lights at the same time.
4. Adjust the Wind Sensor Sensitivity (Optional)
The awning automatically retracts in strong wind. You can adjust how sensitive it is.

Open the Control Panel

Remove the control panel cover by pulling it off from the middle.

Enter Sensitivity Mode

Find the small button in the top-left corner.
-
Press it using a small Allen key or pen.
-
You’ll hear a click, then one beep.

Set the Sensitivity
-
Use the top-left and bottom-left buttons to adjust sensitivity.

Watch the top-right indicator light.
-
Count the number of blinks.
-
Recommended setting: 4–5 blinks (manufacturer recommendation).

Save the Setting

Press the top-left button again with the Allen key or pen.
-
You’ll hear multiple beeps, confirming the setting is saved.

Replace the Cover
-
Line up the cover with the buttons.
-
Press it gently back into place.
-
5. How the Wind Sensor Works
-
If the awning detects strong wind or vibration, it will automatically retract.
-
Important: the LED lights will NOT turn off automatically.

You must turn the lights off manually inside the trailer.
6. Important Safety Rules
-
Never leave the awning open when you are away from the trailer.
-
Wind conditions can change quickly and may damage the awning.

Before traveling:
-
Retract the awning completely.
-
Turn OFF the awning power switch to prevent accidental opening.

7. Fully Deploying the Awning
-
Press OUT until the awning is completely extended.
-
When fully open, it will sit level and provide shade.
8. Rain Tip
The awning is mainly designed for sun protection.
If it rains:
-
Slightly tilt or prop one side so water runs off.
-
This prevents water pooling in the middle.
