1. Power On the Fridge
-
Locate the touch panel on the fridge.
-
Lightly press the Power Button with your thumb or finger (do not press hard — it’s a capacitive touch sensor).
-
If the fridge doesn’t respond, try warming your finger by rubbing your hands together.
-
Wait for the indicator light:
-
Green = Fridge is powered on and cooling.
-
Red = No fuel source detected.
-
2. Select the Fuel Mode
-
The fridge can run on Automatic, 120V Electric, or Propane.
-
Automatic Mode (default):
-
Indicated by an “A” on the display.
-
Prefers 120V electric, but will switch to propane if electric isn’t available.
-
-
Electric Mode (120V only):
-
Press and hold the Mode Button until the “A” disappears.
-
Only runs on electric. If unplugged, fridge won’t cool.
-
-
Propane Mode:
-
Press the Mode Button until a flame/droplet icon appears.
-
Only runs on propane.
-
If propane tanks are empty, the green light will turn red.
-
-
To return to Automatic, press and hold the Mode Button again.
3. Set the Temperature
-
Press the Thermostat Button (snowflake icon).
-
Temperature settings range from 1 (warmest) to 5 (coldest).
-
Recommended: Level 3 for balanced cooling.
-
For best results:
-
Pre-cool the fridge 12–24 hours before adding food.
-
Pre-chill your food at home before loading.
-
Consider using Bluetooth temperature sensors to monitor fridge temps while traveling.
-
4. Loading and Using the Fridge
-
Place pre-cooled food inside the fridge.
-
Monitor temperature periodically to ensure it stays cool.
-
Adjust thermostat if necessary.
5. Seasonal Shutdown / Storage
-
Empty and clean the fridge thoroughly.
-
Turn the fridge off.
-
Prop the doors open slightly to allow airflow (prevents odors).
-
Make sure both the fridge and freezer have airflow.
Tips & Notes
