1. Prepare the Range Hood (Optional)
-
Go to the outside of your trailer.
-
Locate the two knobs on each side of the range hood vent.
-
Use your thumbs to flick them open slightly—just enough for the fan to draw out cooking fumes.
-
If you don’t have a range hood, open a window or use a max fan for ventilation.
2. Turn On Ventilation Inside
-
Go inside the trailer and locate the face of the range hood.
-
Find the light button (turns on the hood light) and the fan button (turns on the hood fan).
-
Press the fan button if you want the hood fan running, or use a max fan instead to reduce noise.
3. Turn On the Oven/Range
-
Locate the on/off capacitive touch button on the oven face.
-
Press it once to power on the oven (no need to push—just rest your finger on it).
-
Open the glass cover above the burners.
4. Using the Burners
-
Identify which burner you want to use.
-
Push the corresponding knob in and turn it to high (or desired gas level).
-
Hold the knob for a few seconds until the burner stays lit.
-
Adjust the heat by turning the knob between low and high.
-
When finished, turn the knob to off and allow the burners to cool.
-
Close the glass cover.
5. Using the Oven
-
Press the oven button on the front to turn on oven controls.
-
Press the temp button and use the +5 / -5 buttons to set the desired temperature in Fahrenheit (e.g., 360°F). Wait for the display to stop blinking.
-
Locate the oven knob on the far right. Push it in and turn to pilot.
-
Check the back of the oven for a small flame. Once visible, turn the knob to auto.
-
The oven will automatically heat to your set temperature.
-
When finished cooking:
-
Press the oven button to turn off the oven controls.
-
Turn the oven knob to off.
-
6. Final Steps
-
Confirm that all grates and burners are cooled.
-
Replace any grates over the range if removed.
-
Press the on/off button again to ensure the oven is completely off.
-
If the range hood vent was opened, return outside and snap it closed at the corners.
