1. Open the panel
-
Locate the black distribution/breaker box.
-
Press the top of the cover to release it and open the panel.
2. Understand the 12V fuse side (right side)
-
Look at the right side of the panel for 12-volt blade fuses.
-
Each fuse is labeled with:
-
The circuit it controls (e.g., fridge)
-
The amperage rating (e.g., 50 amps)
-
3. Check for a blown fuse
-
If something stops working, look for a red light next to a fuse.
-
The red light indicates the problem fuse.
4. Replace a blown 12V fuse
-
Identify the fuse with the red light.
-
Pull it out.
-
Confirm the correct amperage rating.
-
Replace it with a new fuse of the same rating.
5. Understand the 120V breaker side (left side)
-
Look at the left side of the panel for 120-volt breakers.
-
Each breaker is labeled for the circuit it controls (like home outlets).
6. Reset a tripped breaker
-
Check if a breaker is:
-
Fully ON
-
Or halfway between ON and OFF
-
-
If tripped:
-
Switch it fully OFF
-
Then switch it back ON
-
7. Troubleshooting outlet power issues
-
If 120V outlets stop working, check breakers first.
-
If a breaker keeps tripping repeatedly, contact support for help.
8. Close the panel
-
Once finished, securely close the cover of the breaker panel.
